Raw Protein Bars 

Ingredients 

Crust

1 cup coconut flour

3 tablespoons coconut oil

2 scoops protein powder

Top layer 

1 cup medjool dates (soak overnight)

2 tablespoons organic chia seeds

1/2 pecans (soaked)

1/2 raisons

1/2 walnuts (soaked)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/8 nutmeg

1/4 piece of organic banana

Directions

Crust

In blender (vitamix) or food processor combined coconut flour, protein powder and coconut oil, once combined into a dough like consistency place into a freezer proof dish evenly.

Top Layer

Combined medjool dates, raisons, pecans, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and banana into blender or food processor.  Mix until combined.  Once combined spread evenly over top of the crust.  Place in freezer for 1 hour before cutting and serving.IMG_4808
