Gluten Free – Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic Crackers
3 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oilve oil
Cut thyme, rosemary and garlic into fine pieces.
In medium bowl combine almond flour, thyme, rosemary and garlic.
In small bowl combine eggs, olive oil.
Mix wet ingredients into dry to create a dough like texture
Cut dough into two parts (makes it easier to roll out)
Roll dough flat with rolling pin
Cut into squares or use cookie cutter
Place into oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
